looking good bud ionics work good for me,have you thought about niping them or knuckling,to stop them getting bigger?

its just 1 plant i have bent the main stem and also some of the others to try and get it to stay low hopefully she will not get much taller, too scared to cut anything incase i make an arse of it lol.
have heard of topping and fim and super cropping (think thats the name) but not knuckling?

noticed some little spots all over some of the leaves and cant seem to see any bugs. has anyone experienced this before?

update on my grow on day 32 12/12 and all seems good atm. dont know if anyone still following but iv still got the little spots on some leaves? she looks fine though

its a 250 watt hps in there and just replaced the bulb the other day with a dual spec 1 as old 1 was about a year old.
