First mid scale Grow Room! Advice appreciated :)

Hello fellow stoners!

I am finally getting started on this new project, the dream of my life. I will describe to you what I have planned, and any tips, comments or suggestions are dearly appreciated, since this will be my first attempt at this mid scale growing and producing.

I have a room, 2'65m long x 2'35 wide, with a perfect window for setting up ventilation, intake and outtake. I plan on dividing the room in 2 parts, with full light sealing, but sharing the intake and outake of air in both areas with the same equipment.

For the flowering area I have a dutchpot 2m hydroponic system, for 24 plants every season:
-2 Sunmaster Dual Spectrum 600W Lamps
-2 Prima Klima Cooltube BSG and Duran with inside reflector
-Mylar Plastic for the area.

Now I have doubts about the cloning and mother plants area. What would be the perfect setup for lighting, growing, etc. Hydroponics? or just go with soil?

Also what would the perfect balance be for air intake, outake, co2 dispensing, and light heat on this grow room set up? I have trouble with getting the right calculation for how much potency the ventilation systems will each need for the heat and space of this set up. Mainly because for the mother plants, I haven't figured out which is the best set up. I am planning on having 4 mother plants. 2 of each strain.

I am geting ballasts for every single light bulb, timers, and full climate control(fans, a/c, heating) to try and keep the room at the perfect temperature and humidity.

I will deeply appreciate all of your feedback and suggestions, and I hope the universe will grant me this awesome experience with a fantastic outcome!

IM in the process of completing my new room, flower room was finished yesterday veg room will be operational next week. My room was 2.6 x 2.2 I split the room into 3. A 1.2x2.6 room for flower . A 1x1.4 room for veg and a 1x1.2 area for entry and changing my clothes and storage. I also have all my ballasts and temp humidity meter screens outside of the flower and veg areas. Don't underestimate the luxury of having a small space to work in that is outside the dedicated grow rooms, if nothing else it's a damn sight cooler than the grow rooms.

Blue Brother, I agree, it's a great idea to set up all of your climate and control info right outside of the rooms, without having to step in. Great idea man, I'll be doing that, and posting the pics when I have it all set up! I also wanna keep it as sterile as possible, and changing clothes to get in is just right.

Haha yeah, that, and also keeps out any nasty bacteria and shit you bring in from the outside world

Why not make advantage of that 2.6 length and extend ur flower room? Even if you only have the 2 lights now you can easily add another to that space. Plus you'll also get a bit more on this run just by having more space. I've got 2 6s in cooltubes with adjustawings set up in a 2.6x1.2 space and another will be installed Before flower due to me needing some ducting.

That's actually a great idea, I'll be doing that as well. The more I can plant the more profit, and otherwise it would've been just empty space.

note: I need to check out that limbo guy i potentially have 3x that space to use, no way my service could support the lights. wish I could get those numbers

I believe Limbo is running 6-600w lights

Oh you said 20 pounds annual... i read that as 20 pound pulls like whoa. but i know of 100 light grows here in colorado. and thats 1000w govitas. christ, and they worry about us little guys.....

I'd say general rule of thumb for photoperiod plants should be about a pound per 600 with a good perpetual system.. thats about .75 gpw. but that guy run SOG which i hate because i cant grow that way because it is too many plants but i would wager i could get a better yield with flood and drain hydro SOG in 4 inch rw cubes.. you should be getting well over a gpw with that but i dont have the experience nor have i witnessed anything myself to confirm this so just my guess
