First Medical Grow Day 10

Here are my ladies on Day 10 and was just curious on how they are doing? They look good to me and I'm thinking about waiting another two weeks or so before I start nutes. Any suggestions would be dope...

roots do not require light and it promotes algae growth on roots which is bad
