I finally decided on CBD Crew Critical Mass for my back pain and ordered some seeds from Seedsman. Overall an excellent experience with them, price wasn't the best I could find online, but they accept Visa and shipping was super fast, faster in fact from England to the US than mailing stuff in the US and I got 5 free Sleestack x Skunk seeds with the order.
I germed 2 CM beans using the paper towel method and had nice tap roots in 2 days, popped them in some organic soil in Jiffy pots and they took right off. This is where I have learned my 1st lesson on growing, I won't be using Jiffy pots again. They tend to dry out way too fast and I've been having trouble keeping them watered adequately. It is winter here in the NE US & anyone that has ever been here this time of year knows it gets VERY dry when the temps drop. So far the highest humidity I've been able to maintain in my grow box is about 40%, I ended up putting a pie plate with a towel filled with water with a fan blowing across it and have brought the RH up to around 60-62%. Lesson #2, next time I grow in winter I will have to figure out a better way of keeping humidity stable.
Overall though I've been very pleased with the way things are going, hopefully by next week my girls will be big enough to transplant into some 6" pots and at that time I will be adding a few more CFL's. Again I wanted to thank everyone that gave advice on strains in my first thread. Here's to hoping I have some decent medicinal plants by the end of April and I can cut a few pharmaceuticals out of my daily pain regimen
