First leaves turn into yellow and dropped than buds got smaller

Hi,
I have serious problem i think,
I have a plant about three months old. first two months it was good, growing fast and flowering godd. big leaves..
but in this last month leaves start to turn in to yellowish color and they dropped one by one from the bottom of the plant.. now three is no leave left and 2 days ago i figured out the bud are going smaller=((... bu give water not before the soil get dry (about 3 days). .. the wrong thing that i might have done is adding soil to the pot. at abuot 7 cm what should i do? can the plant rescued? or should i harvest it=(? she' not tall enough i think at about 40-50 cm tall..

season in here is hot and dry nowadays, and she's under the sun naturally...

seems like your using backyard soil or something it just looks super compacted and dried out

Any nutes? 3 months with not adding any nutrients she could be starving.

Does the soil look bone dry or is it just me? Meh..

Adding soil to the pot while it is growing is not the best thing. Depending on the density of it (the pic looks weird..is it mud or compacted clay or something? very smooth...) it might have suffocated the plant. The roots need oxygen! I'd remove that soil but it looks to far along into death. Scrap and start again?
