first leaves look weird

the first set of fan leaves (one on each side) are like waxy looking, and the kinda a dark green?

please help before it too late

What do you mean they are waxy looking.are these the seed leaves or has it got four leaves?

It might just be resin coating the leaves? My looked waxy too, but they came out fine. Hope I helped?

there just there not like the basic round ones, the first set of fan leaves you know the ruff edge ones(sorry im horrible with technical names) i got a bigger light today got a 150w cfl, i think theyll be fine but the little damn things are getting stinky all ready..lol

Don't worry about whack leaves...as long as its growing.... they'll get a grip later..

thanks guys, about how much water should they be getting ive been watering only when needed, just when the top layer is getting crusty, i worried about over watering thats how i lost my last ones

It might be a little mutated,but it will continue to grow pass that part of the mutation.

what soil are you using? i heard pre-fertilized soil like miracle gro etc can make your leaves dark and waxy.

i'm on my first grow so dont take this as gospel! well i'm about 3 weeks in (started off with pre ferted compost too) and after recovering from a little bit of burn, they look healthy enough to me. my runt looked a bit waxy. it was hard to see the definition of the veins on the leaves and she was a bit mutated. theres a pic here... https://www.rollitup.org/newbie-central/98751-some-pics-my-first-grow.html

Sounds like it could be a minor Nitrogen overdose. Nothing major as you will be lowering Nitrogen feeding during flowering phase.

only use 1/2 strength miracle gro once a week and water when reqd. buy a moisture meter.(they are not expensive).

thnx guys, the new light made hella differece, i think it is the miracle grow cause the one is growing out of that waxy looking, i planning on using just the mircle grow plant food. when can i start
