First Indoor hydro grow... opinions needed on when to chop

Ok so first time poster, looong time listener, or, reader in this case nearing the end of my first ever hydro bagseed grow. I desperatly need advice on when I can chop these ladies down.

Brief background of what i'm workin with:
- 400w mh for vegg and 400w hps for flower with some supplemental CFLS to help out.
- 3x3 ebb&flo
- GH Flora series w/ bloom booster

Just want to reiterate this is my first ever hydro grow so thats why I chose to get the kinks out with bagseeds. The issue is since its bagseed i really am clueless on a number of total needed flowering days. So i took these pictures 1 day after the start of week 8 flower. The first two pics is of the same plant and is not as far along as the other pics and is very different for others so im assuming im going to have to wait a little longer for this one... Ant the last pic, well, this cola unfortunatly got a little too close to a pair of cfls and burned up a little but it didnt seem to impact the inner bud goodness.

Just made my first bean order tho got some Serious Seeds White Russian, Seedsman White Widow, and Barneys Blue Cheese fem on the way. Pumped.

So the first pic is 2 buds from the same plant and the others are right about the same as the 3, 4, and 5 pic. Sooo how much longer before i should chop? got them all flushing now. Figured i'd start it at least...

Still looks like a week or so more is needed, maybe longer. You should go pick up a 100x magnifying glass somewhere (they are like $1) and check out the Trichs. When they are amberish-orange, its time to chop!

Good luck by the way - buds are lookin good man!

thanks man appreciate the advice. I actually bought one of those 60-100x microscope/mag glass from radio shack the other day but it seems almost impossible to keep it steady... it almost seems to powerful. Think im going to return it for a weaker one.

That's some healthy looking bagseed. Lots of trichomes on the leaves even. I hope you don't waste them, make yourself a little hash from the leaves. You'll find several video's showing different ways to do it on youtube.

Yup looks like you still need a couple weeks, the first pic looks a little further a long, calyxes are barely swelling, but the others have not started to swell.Keep an eye on your trichomes,I think you started flushing too soon, should of put it off for another week.

Actually i kind of jumped the gun on that flush comment and was planning on starting the flush today but I'll hold off for a few more days if you guys think so. Thanks again for the valuable input to all who have responded...its much appreciated.

Definitely making hash for sure. Just saw the tutorial in Jorge Cervantes grow DVD. My father and I actually started this little project together and since the start he's been talking about making hash however I myself haven't had an opportunity to ever try it... yet...

Yea i had no idea plain ole bagseed could produce as well as it has. The first 2 pics are the same plant and def the most triched out. The rest are 2 other plants which came out better than expected. The last girl definitly fits the description of bagseed/crap genetics as it doesnt possess even a quarter of the trichs when compared to the ones pictured.
