First Indoor grow, tiny plant, pretty

Hi everyone, little spaces were permitting at first, so i started her in a small desk under about 400watt equivalent CFLs. They continued this into flower until about a week or so ago i switched to a larger grow box as she was practically touching the top and a 90 watt ufo. I know everyone says hps, there is no way I can possibly do that currently, but do plan on. I am open to comments. Also, Does it seem more indica/sativa? I know guessing the strain would be impossible. Also, does anybody have any idea of how much longer until she will be done. My friend got the seed from what he said was good bud, so i'm hoping for the best. I have used a little of an Island Supreme Fruit and Flower Fertilizer, 10-20-20. Again, this is my first grow, and I know I definitely did not do everything right. Any help appreciated. Thanks. Pictures 4 days old.

hey cute*plant man :D

i would say its more indica dominant, but may be a hybrid with some sativa in it , so how did you keep it so small man im interested to know?

how far gone are you..? I'd say you have a while left yet.. there is no real way of telling from your picture but if I had to guess, its short and stocky so most likely to be indica dominant...

That's definitely an indica dom, but looks pretty close to 60/40.

You have multiple weeks left, probably between 4 and 6 weeks. I'd say you are looking at 14-20 grams, but that is like trying to guess the number of beans in a jar.

if its roots get too constricted it will die. but yea if you flower after like 3-4 weeks of veg it be small results. you can only get as big as the container will let it. if you force it, death be upon ur plants.

Thanks for all the replies. To answer the question about size, i guess that is it, it was in just one 4" pot for a while, and was originally planning on planting outside. Added another 4" pot by cutting the bottom of the first. Read online that outdoor plants do better with long roots instead of wide. Well, only had found one good place outside and I have another plant in that spot. I ended up having to force sex on 5-29 when other girl went outside. I had 4 plants in tiny space, needed to. Out of other 4, two ended up female, this is the one. A week or so after noticing sex, I then transplanted to current 8" (I believe) pot. I'm guessing this is the whole reason why she stayed tall. I will show my other girl that is outside at same time as this one switched to 12/12, she is way bigger, she was also started and maintained in a bigger pot. I believe she sprouted beginning to early april. So, I know that 7/24 will be 8 weeks, she is more likely to be a 11 or 12 week plant? Sorry if any of that is confusing. Just trying to give as much info as I can. Thanks again for all the replies.

when in veg keep the plant pruned (dont forget to let the plant recover when pruning), if your wanting small plants you have to flower much sooner, if you mean you want long vegged small plants then really its just down to pruning and go old bonzia but like stonedblownskiller said you are more likely gonna strangle you roots in such a small pot, why not use a bigger pot and bent your arms right down...

Ok, these new pictures are from 7/22. I have zooms too. I know the trichomes are supposed to get cloudy then amber, and should be cut at half amber. In above post someone wrote 4 weeks or so to go. I just zoomed in on the trichomes with my new usb microscope. Some trichomes are clear, some cloudy, some amber. From what I've read they should be ready soon? Couldn't get pics in order, but first pic is of whole bud, the other zooms are of the leaf in square. The trichome pictures are from the leaf in the square that was cut and looked at under microscope.

How long did u have ur plants on vegetation state?

I am also new at trying out my green thumb.

It made common sense to grow it since I am always smoking it.

But this is hard. I got nute burn, i am washing it out with water.

But how long will it take after I change my light?

they are 18/6 right now.

:)
