You should get a pocket microscope to inspect the resin glands. I got one that is maybe a week younger than yours and I'm gonna give her at least 2 more weeks and I'm ordering my microscope soon. They are actually really cheap too, I think the one I'm ordering is online like 9$

i would wait at least another week. when the buds are ready they well have a golden look to them. the buds are still growing at this point.
