First Hydro Setup (2 weeks flowing)

Thats what I am coming to see as well. I also think that a bigger air pump wouldnt hurt.

I am also trying to figure out what type of hydro system I want to go with as a permanent grow.

I use this pump

With these stones

I use the Stealh Hydro Bubbleponics system

You can make it cheaper than you can buy it if you are handy.

Pretty simple set up really. That's why they call is a starter system. However, I have used this system for the last 5 grows with good success ( about 2-3 oz per plant is very likely even for a new hydro grower.

Roseman is a Hydro God and this site may help you decide.

You can also get 10% off by using Bubbleheads as a discount code. This site is in the process of expanding their line of products.

Ok Just took some new picture of the girls. They are about 3 weeks old now. Seem to me like they are growing really fast.

Dude my buds are a little bigger than that, but the plant is smallerrrr. And it's being grown outdoors, WTF? Does this mean my plant is in flowering? hehhh?!lol

Ha, ive just never seem the buds this big big that its indoors and only 3 weeks into flowering. They look like they are closer to 5 weeks. Just something new for me.

Think you're right, they do look like 5 week olds or better. Remember different strains grow at different rates under different conditions.

I know but its the same strain I have been growing for a year, dont have the nads to order online. I guess there is something to this whole hydro thing.:eyesmoke:

Fast starts can sometimes lead to faster finish. Also in hydro you custom blend the nutes and can do the lights as you wish and not as mother nature wishes.

Hey another thing to think about,
Just mix your res.

I have tried FF GH and a few other nutrients and some are just tough to get to dissolve. I have a 180 gal on my flower res and it runs 24/7 where my cycle timer feeds 5 min on 20 min off.

Get a power head and toss it in there. That will do it.

What do yo mean a Power Head?

A power head is a small water pump that you attach to the side of your rez with suction cups. It blows the water around to keep it nice and mixed up, FF are a bitch to keep mixed up. I always experience settling
