Hello everyone!!
So I have been growing for a bit and have always used soil. I had a nice big tent, carbon filters, organic soil and fertilizer... all that good stuff. I am now wanting to switch to an Ebb and Flow hydro system. I had some random basic questions but was also hoping someone could refer me to a good thread to get started.
Does it matter what size pots i use in the beginning? I saw a system for 300$ with 10 1 gallon pots and a 55 gallon reservoir tank. Can i use these pots throughout the entire grow or do i need to take the pots out and use the clay like substance first?
How many times should i change out the solution in the grow and does anyone have any solution they use that they could refer me to and give me some measurements of what i should use in the beginning. I usually do half solution (nuts) in the beginning of my soil grow.... is it the same thing?
Lighting ventilation all that good stuff i have under wraps. Its just the sizing of the pots the flushing/ solution mix and what C02 plays a part in. Not sure about why i need a C02 tank however I've seen people in videos and stuff using it and saying you need it.
