First harvest now learning how to dry

Put boveda 62s in the jars to bring the humidity up.

Trimmed the smallest of my six plants this evening. Little over 1.5 ounces…some of the buds were kinda larfy but frosty! Took me 2 hours to trim…hand trimming sucks! I ordered an EZtrim trim pen but it won’t be here till Saturday and by then everything will be trimmed already.

You can substitute a fan leaf instead of a boveda / integra pack inside jar.

Done trimming! 12.5 ounces jarred and curing. Some were on the dry side but not bad at all.

Gonna get some dry ice to sift through the trimmings this weekend.

Drying is THE EASY part. Too many people put waaaaay too much energy into this part, but all you gotta do is hang plants in the dark, have air moving indirectly, & that's it.

Get as close to 60°f 60% RH as you can. My opinion, don't even add humidity unless your ambient RH is super low, like below 40%. For the most part, IMO it's important to just let your weed dry in "natural conditions" where you live, cool and moisten the dry space if you can, but don't fret if you can't. Plenty of great weed was dried at 80 degrees --- it's not the best idea, but if you live in AZ for example, 60°/60% is just unrealistic. Close enough is close enough.
