I did do LST. I'm not sure if I bent them well enough. But here's another pic. Also there in week 3 flowering. Could you still get cutting and make them into clones?

They look good... maybe a bit leggy... but healthy overall.

Yeah, you can take clones in flowering... it's called monster cropping.

Yes take clones. You did a good job training. This is where a SCROG is called for .

This is based on your first pics posted...
I would remove all of the leaves and popcorn bud sites from the bottom third of your plant height as its in shadow and will detract from the good tops.
Any tiny shoots from the bottom clean up make good "monster" clones. Plan to give those babys a bit more time in veg to correct their growth.
I would then take all of the large fan leaves that have a long leaf stem from the remaining part of the plant, BUT LEAVE 2-3 med large leaves per cola near the top. If this is daunting, just clean out the largest, narliest of the fan leaves from the plant (probably about 20 or so per plant) to allow greater light to penetrate.

Thanks guys for the advice, really appreciate it. Overall I'm not seeing anymore growth on bud sites. They pretty much look like they have stopped. In addition I'm adding a 2 base flowering nutrient. Would it be a good idea to try this technique "monster cropping" right now or should I just wait until harvest? Also any recommendations on rooting hormone? Could I just use plain water until cutting root?

whats the light you got? im a noob but dont those plants look really lanky?
