A quick update, the large one has been growing nicely and has been transplanted into a 3 gallon pot. The other one seems to grow a bit then stops so I have moved a little further away from the light like someone suggested. Here are two pictures:

Ok I've ran into this problem: the small one is starting to show it's roots on the side of the plastic cup so I'm transplanting it into a big pot. The thing is the plant above the soil has remained small and only developed it's first two sets of leaves apart from the cotyledon. I was thinking of giving it some nutes at a low strength, I have one that is 14-10-27 and another that is 30-10-10. Now if I remember correctly nitrogen is used for leave production so should I give it the one high in nitrogen or is there some other problem?

edit: the seedling is 10 days old

I don't think u should give it anything yet, but if u decide to, give it 30-10-10. Get it out of the cup and into some dry soil, and put it back to right under the light. it will come thru, the soil is soaked below, if u keep it in that cup its dead.

Just bored.. sometimes they grow so fast and then it gets boring. Although the smaller one does seem to have gotten better, no rapid growth or stuff though, she's always been slow, even in germination.

Here are my two babies at 11 days, I noticed my first recognizable marijuana leaf with three points and got so excited xD And the problem with the stunted growth has disappeared, the other one is growing rapidly too :)

I have this yellow spot on the lower leaves, just one spot on each plant. That's nothing right? Coz if it's a problem I'd rather contain it from the start

Here are some pics, they're blurred since I have a crappy camera. I thought nute burn at first but I'm not sure if it's just normal.

Here are my babies at 17 days.

The cotyledons of the large one (1st picture) have turned yellow as you can see, otherwise it's all looking good.. so I'm wondering that's it's ok, right?

Just a quick update.. there is a herby smell now in the grow compartment :D if you just open the front cover you'll smell it without actually getting near the plants

One plant left now.. it's looking good though apart from a little burning from the cfl (it was touching it).

And a question, is it possible that it's showing it's sex after 4 weeks and 3 days while still on 16/8? I tried to take pictures of them but they came out blurry as hell, I'll try to find an image that looks like what I have.

edit: I think they're just stipules.. still not sure though, they're kind of two small horns that are perpendicular with the stem, about 2 or 3 mm long

Plant at 4 weeks :D The post above this has a typo, it was 3 weeks and 3 days.

Also, is the curtain for my grow box good or does it have to be 100% lightproof?

First grow gone, caput, finito. Just transplanted my last remaining excuse of a plant into soil and germinating two more. We'll see what happens from here..
