Newbie starting first grow. Still waiting for sky enterprise to send correct ballast but equipment is going to be.... 1000 watt mh switchable to hps ballast w 6 in air-cooled hood, dr 90 pro secret jardin tent, greenhouse super lemon haze and strawberry! Possible grow medium is gonna be fox farm of. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Ps waiting on back ordered dr 90 also.

Ocean Forest is pretty hot by it's self. Search Subcool or The Rev for some good soil mix recipes if you must use soil. I would suggest a sterile mix for the first grow. Something like Sunshine or Promix. Then a pretty basic fert like Gen. Hydro 3 part. Much gentler learning curve.
Also, read constantly. Ask lots of questions. Growing isn't as complicated as some people make it out to be.

Keep in mind your fertilizers.
organic fertilizers may yield slightly less but the smoke will be guaranteed to taste and burn alot better.
i use all Biobizz products which are all organic! organic will give you higher quality bud.
chemical will more then likely give you more dry weight but the bud will no doubt not be as high of quality as organic.
and personally i care about in the end product i dont want to be smoking chemicals do you?

Noway Rich!!! I want the best plus a decent yield. I checked out subcool and im gonna try the light warrior/ ocean forest mix. For nutes I got Sensi Grow A & B, and Bud Candy! This shits getting expensive!!! But fuck it, U only live once!!! Im only waiting for my tent now, cant wait!!!!!!
