That looks like a tiny plant for 1000w.
Or is it advertised as 1000w equivilant.
No way that is 1000w and ita soo close to the plant.or even soo compact...cob would burn a hole in the floor with that power

It's output days 140 but advertised as 1400 samsung diodes tho
 
Thanks will do also I'm using these and soon switching to just bud and bloom anyone ever use

I wouldn't lower it.

I'd get a better light for flower in a few grows ..
But you should be fine.

All I'd do is let it stretch , keep pulling the tops down and tucking into a space in your net till its full and then let her ride.
