First Grow with Nutrients but I need help

I'm planning on growing with nutrients this time to see the difference.
But I have never use it before!

Down here in Australian their isn't a major lot to choose from (So I have found)
I was thinking of going with Dutch Master (http://www.dutchmaster.com.au/)

But now what do I choose?
Dutch Master Advanced
or
Dutch Master Gold

Then as an Additive use any of?
Dutch Master Potash+
Dutch Master Silica
Dutch Master Max Grow/Flower

Or should I go with Advanced Nutrients brand?Any help would be great

heya mate,

I'm in the land down under as well and here are a couple of brends i have used.

1) Cyco - they were good nutrients and cheap. two good reasons to use them. I only used the grow and bloom formulas so have no experience with the others.
i found the cyco does not keep very long before "dropping out". This is basically the nutrients solidifying in the solution. This makes it ineffective. I even kept mine in the fridge for a while to see if that would hep but even then it still dropped out. If you can't use it within 6 minths then don't buy it.

2) I currently use Dutch Fest. What can i say about these. Cheap and really good. Ui find i need no other supplements with my plants. They don't "drop out"
I would recommend this line.

3) Hy-Gen Ok I've not used this one but a friend swears by it. he claims he is still using the bottles he bought 5 years ago. Whether this is true or not I don't know.

Or if you had the money to spend there is always House & garden. Expensive as hell but apparently worth it. But you gotta use their supplements with them.

In bloom I use shooting powder which gives a late growth spurt to the flowers.

Ok hope this helps you out a little.

Take care and good luck with your grow.

I love dutch masters. I use the Gold line A and B with the Add27. I've been using it for the last couple of years. If your from Australia anyway then you might as well represent your country and grow with Australian nutes.
