First grow with 9x 1000 watt lamps

Agreed. Unless you have a shop with a lot of equipment ( a lot of tools plugged in, huge saws, shop lights, it adds up fast) in it using A LOT of power on the same meter as your residence, they're going to notice that.

Yepper, a firearm usually means a bump up to federal charges also. Bigger time and much worse prison conditions. The fed prosecutors have very deep pockets so will spend a great deal more time and money into locking you up.

Much harder to beat a federal charge, as they definitely do not play as fair as most states. If they have to they will have you and your family and friends and ex lovers tax and busiines records auditted and harass their employers until you change your plea to guilty.

Heaven forbid you go to trial and are found guilty as they nearly always max out the sentences of any one that proceeds all the way to a trial.

When it comes to a list of flat out crooked and rotten, the federal prosecutor is at the top of the list. Heck they teach DEA and other investigators how to get away with depriving citizens of their constitutional rights. For every bad cop there is always a prosecutor teaching him how to be bad. Most law academies spend most of the training time in instructing officers in how to skirt a citizens constitutional rights and get away with it. The rest is mainly how to physically abuse a suspect or criminal and get away with it. They teach officers how to strike and choke out people without leaving evidentiary marks. If it was not for the fact that police officers fear the fact that so many people caryy phones with cameras there would be even more deaths and brutalized citizens do to over zealous, jaded eye, cruel police officers. Oh yes our criminal justice system is the best in the world, ON PAPER ANYWAY. Next time you go to court notice how many times the prosecutor, judge and even your own attorney covers the microphone before speaking. By law and court rules nothing is to be said in a court of law that is not official record. The little shows you see on TV where the judge says, approach my bench, or in my chambers is not suppose to happen. It is against d firmly established court rules. Try to get a court transcript where/when the judge or prosecutor says something they are not supposed to that it does not say inadadible on the transcript. It is guranteed however ig you or your attorneys says something not allowed or distasteful it will be clearly audible and on the transcripts. Judges secretaries even go over and damage court tapes before they are sent out for being transcripted. FACT. I have several court recordings and transcripts for a court hired transcriptoonist athat sya different things for rhe san me court session. And they s do not match the transcripts or recordings from the independant recoder or the illegal unofficial recordings made by court visitors. A person should always exercise there rights and demand an independent outside source record all proceedings and that a trabscript of those recordings be read and entered into court records at the next schedule court appearance. Things cahange quickly and charges are dismissed and reduced very quickly when you demand your rights. For example that right comes under your right to a public trial. Never give up your rights to a public and speedy trial in a drug trial as the public has much more lax view points on pot that the courts. Don't expect a public defender or even many private lawyers to help you n much. Maybe a private lawyer if your buying him a brand new car plus paying the legal biils without limits. Don't count on it though as msot lawyers, even defesnse lawyers state therir primary duty and loyalty is to the court not their client. Hey, the sleep in the same beds, party together and drink, and eb nr tertain only each other. Who else will associate with them. Lawyers, judges, police and politicians. You don't even want to here how police aleter and falsify evidence. Yet alone all the illegal and unconstitutional methods they use to obtain the so called evidence. A hint in that regard. All ways check how all evidence is obr tained. And never allow your lawyer to wot rk based upon copies of police tapes etc sent to them by the prosecutor, but makethem go y to the evidence lock up and obtain the copies them selves. The information sent by a prosecutor to a defense attorney can not be used in court so it very often is alterred and over incomplete. They actually send a cover sheet with all copies (partila most often) of evidence tapes, documents, records, police files, etc that clearly states the information sent might only be that information deemed necessary to the prosecution that it might not be complete and may even be alterred for "prosecutorial clarity", and that for a complete, unalterred legal copy the defense must obtain their own copies at theor own expense. The law/court rules only require that the prosecution must make the information/copies available upon applying for an appointment and receiving it and that they are just providing this service as a gesture of good will. Yes the prosecution has the right to be there while you are obtaining copies as they ac refuse you copies as the see fit and then you must apply to the court to recieve those copies. With drug cases they like to destroy the evidence ans then sya it is comtaminated or dangeouus and they do not have adequate facilities to store it. Then when it is brought up in an evidentiary hearing it turns out the just routinr ely destroy it regardlees and that usy ually the do not even photograpg the evidence in a legal manner before its illegal destruction. If they do keep evidence it is commonly kept in a drawer in the cops office or some other such insecure manner. What shows up in court is usually something completely different from what they seized.T he sad thing is the defense attorneys know this and allow it to happen as do the judges. Most court cases i end in plea bargains, so the police are used to not having to do things properlty because most cases never go to trial. Court averages in state and federal courts cases for felonies is something like a 95% convictionn rate by plea bargain.
