Watsup RIU,

Sooo while waiting for my ladies to get their first 2 leaves, i have my tent all set and good to go! All 3 whiteberry females sprouted in FF light warrior soil in 24 hours! :weed:
Anyways i have a 4x4 tent with a sun systems 250 watt hps complete system(sick by the way) With 2 vents open in the tent the temp gets up to 85 which i would like a tad lower, but the humidity is only 20%.. With a small fan on in the inside the huimidy drops even lower to 15%! i am obviously just experimenting until my ladies go in but how should i handle the humidity situation? I was thinking some bowls of water inside the tent?? A misting for the girls everyday? Idk, but i want more of a stable humidity in the 50% range. PLZ HELP!!

P.S. the seedlings are in a warm room not getting much light until first signs of leaves with a plastic bag covering the tops for humidity. I plan on putting them farrr underneath the hps in a few days. what u guys think!! thanks guys, happy burnin!!

Any other info is greatly appreciated

These 2 girls popped early!! 2 days, looking ok?

In my experience you don't need the Humidity too high to start just watch the Watering !! don't let it dry out !!!!
The Humidity will grow as the Plants do but if 15 % is really low Ok then go to your local Aquarium supply stor and By a Air pump the hose and an Air stone !!! Get a bucket of Water set it all up and Bobs your uncle !!!!
Or just get a Humidifier and put that in your room !!!!
You don't want to let the Water in Buckets go Stagnent there is Air bourne things you for the most part don't want for your Plants have !!!

very similar to my grow. I would look into what PJackyle said and vent the hood. At the very least try to get some type of intake and exhaust going. Not only for the temps but for them to breath. Fresh air is a very important

aright guys thanks alot!! do u think the hps would be OK for them do go under like now? if they are at least 20" from the light???? AND with the tent, if i have good ventilation holes and good airflow within the grow room is and inside/extracotr fan absolutely necessary, it is a small grow also, 3 plants.. thanks!

its my humble opinion that a gro area shood b no warmer than 80 and a temp diff of no more than 10deg between day and night . if ure flowering with co2 then its required for warmer temps 2 c signifigant results .if ure little ones r 2-3 ft away for a couple of weeks its fine then fullblast ,as close as u can without burning them. good luk:joint:

Hps is ok but keep a close eye out for heat issues on seedlings....if you can veg for a couple of weeks under something not as intense, theyll fare better. Mist 'em as much as you wish while in veg...NO MISTING in flower!

misting under hps/mh is a no no water droplets act as a mag glass and will make yellow /brown burn spots on leaves t-5s and cfls not so much not near as intense

sup fellas, quick question..

so last night i placed my seedlings under my 250 watt hps, there about 2 feet away but i feel that they can go closer. i didnt wanna risk it but when i put my hand underneath the light i hardly felt so im thinking i can put it closer.. the seedlings sprouted about 5 days ago but seem to be loving their new home after just 20 hours under a hps!:-P

any input is greatly appreciated

p.s. i plan on foliar feeding with ff grow big in about 2 weeks. no nutes for at least 3 weeks, do u think i can start foliar misting sooner? ideas/thoughts??

happy burnin!
