the seeds i got where from a buddy of mine, i think they are bluberry kush or something like that but its deff a fruity, berry strain

i had them under the 96 watter until about a week ago, i added 2 26 watt cfls on the side and i plan on getting at least another 2

when it comes to flowering i will hope that i can get my hands on a 250-400 watt hps

my plant are looking quite nice, i took some nice pics. tell me what you guys think
i also put a pic of one of the leaves that is a bit damaged still, it isnt spreading but its been like that for about a week now

i didnt have any other soil that some MG 0.14-0.14-0.14 but since its such a low % i dont think ittl be much of a prob, ill just pay some more attention to the watering and how much nutes i use. i also was picking through my soil and removed as many of the fertiliser liquid filled pellets as i could find
i took a few pics of the roots so you guys can take a look, they seem nice and healthy to me, i should have transplanted earlier but i didnt have any soil
i cut off some of the bottom fan leaves so that more light can get to all the nice new undergrowth

ill post some more pics tomorow of them in their new pots
what do you guys think??

they are looking quite nice, my hps sytem is on its way ans should be here in about a week or so and ill start flowering then
i took some nice pics of my babies, i like the size of one of those 1kilo coffee roast cans, i just punch some holes in the bottom for drainage and its good, my leaf tips where curling down a bit and it looked like it was a salt buildup so i gave them a thorough flush and they are looking better, also i think i have a bit of a nitrogen deff...what do you guys think, please give me some input

my bigest plant is now 12 inches, the other big one is 11 and the smallest is 9
they have slowed down in growth quite a bit, could this be cuz of the transplant or what else?? 4 days and they have grown about 3/4 of an inch with 2 new leaves...

yea thats mostly stress, when did u trans and after how long after or before water? They look good, but showing me some low N. and y arnt u bending the plant and trimming the very bottom leaves/branches? This will help both ways, By bending u make more cola spots and greater yield. The trimming gives the plants better air circ and makes the energy transfer to the top instead of making more roots which it will anyway but this does help. Well for me that is. BUT DO NOT TRIM OLDER FAN LEAVES! Just move them out the way, even tho they will look for light.

today is the 4th day after transplanting, humidity is a bit low between 25-35 normaly hangs at 30%, temps are quite steady 75-80F, my watering routine is water every 3 days and alternate between nute water and just ph'd water. nutes are GH flora nova grow.
and as for the bending and trimming, im not doing it cuz i dont know how or what to do...lol, i had cut off some of the older fan leaves cuz they where blocking a lot of light to the new undergrowth but you mentioned not to cut em off, oops. can you explain this a bit or just post a link where its explained well and ill read up on it

ok, so its 45 day veggin
they are still growing but not that fast...im guessing the size of the plant vs. the amount of light available is the reason, until i get the funds for an hps ill have to keep on veggin.
the question i still am asking is the older fan leaves that are shading the undergrowth do i cut em off or leave em, so far i have tried to only take off the fan leaves that are yellowing and dying (i was told that is normal and the older growth would just end up dying and falling off on its own but that it wastes the plants energy repairing that)
and budski can you elaborate on wat you meant by trimming and bending?

to bend your plant you tie the top of it down to a 90 degree angle, by doing this it lets the other growth catch up in height and also makes the plant grow even horizontaly which makes better budsites and also limits the height needed

seeing as height and light penetration is becoming an issue i think that would be a good idea, is there anything else to it or just tie some string to the plants top and pull it down to the side??

you can use a screen instead of having to tie em down, just with the screen you just make sure you keep the branches under it and when it starts flowerin ithe buds will go thrrough but make sure the screen has holes about 2inches wide so buds can go through

i wanted to keep em strait, but i guess if it takes me more time to get my flowering light then ill probly just bend them to the side, i dont rele wanna fuk around with a screen rite now...
i mite take some clones later off these girls and then go for a small scrog setup

GREAT NEWS!! looks like iv got 2 girls, near the top of 2 of my plants at the base of the cylax i can see a small growth with 2 tiny white hairs coming out!!! the 3rd plants hasnt shown anything yet but if i get 3/3 girls ill be very happy
ill upload a pic when i get my camera back later tonight

i can see another 2 sets of pistils today!!!
also does anyone know why the third plants leaves are yellowing with brown spots??, the rest is healthy and growing well

the height is slowing down but the undergrowth is great, both the plants i mentioned are looking female :D

ok, so im strapped for cash and i cant get my hps system for at least another week, should i keep em under 18/6 for the time being on the fluros or just put them 12/12 under the fluros till i get my hps??
