First grow troubles (with pics)

This plant has been growing for about 3 weeks now, I've been watering probably once every three day
s or whenever the soil in the pot is dry about three inches down, the lights are two 40w Cool White fluros
(about 2" above the top of the plant), the room temp is at a constant 78 degrees with good ventilation.
The PH of the water I've been using is 6.8 and the PH of the soil is around 6.4-6.5. The probably is the
drooping and yellowing of the lower leaves, I was wondering what you guys think the problem could be
and whether I should remove the lower leaves.

I thought it might have been a nutrient deficiency so I used some 30-10-10 fertilizer mixed at 15%
strength to water it two days ago but one of the pictures is from today (and the other is 3 or four days ago),
and I don't really see any change. (This was the first time I added ferts)

Lights are on 24 hours a day.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Keep growin'!

It is stretching - how far away are the lights? They should be a matter of inches away. Also, let the soil really dry out - it looks way too damp.

Those two single leaves always end up drying, And the rest of the upper leaves look good. So i dont think theres a problem with ur plant.

Happy Grow

Thanks for the help guys, I'll work on getting more light, right now I'm keeping it as close to the light as possible without burning (almost touching),
I was just worried about those lower leaves yellowing and curling and drooping, I'm going to tie it down so it grows in an S to get more light to the
lower branches, get at least a second set of fluros for the rest of vegetative growth.

I do have reflectors around the light source, I just removed it to take pictures, also a fan blows on the plant a couple of hours a day to hopefully
improve stem strength.

Is it normal for the stem between internodes to turn red?

Thank for all the help.`
