Well here it is. I had my two girls in the darkness for 24 hours or so, and I last watered Wednesday. I got up early, I took out one plant and cut it all from the stem then proceeded to trim and hang. I did the second plant the same way, leaving it in the dark until I was ready for it.
I did a wet trim. I'll probably try a dry next time, I just want to practice with both to see what works for me. I cut the stems short to just create hangers the best I could. Saved my trim for butter. (Still reading if it matters if I cook wet or dry).
Probably took 3 hours. I wasn't set up. I had to find better lighting. I skipped buying a nicer set of scissors/pruners and I regret it. Figured I'll just deal with it. Nope. I will have a nice set of both by next harvest. I'll also set up a better area for it. I knew this from the beginning, all of it. But I can only do what I can do. For now.
Happy! Can't wait. I set aside some to try once it dries. Box is closed, the fan is a small flow, you can barely feel it. So its stirring up the air, the bucket is my diy filter. Hope it works. But a real carbon filter and a grow tent is my next two things to buy.
Thank you guys for the help. I'm excited to see how it turns out and what else I learn; what I did right, what I did wrong. Because my next one is already a beauty
