I am currently putting together a list for my first grow tent. I have grown before but that was over 15 years ago. I'm interested in hearing advise on what I'm looking at buying before I buy. Here goes my list I'm setting up 2 tents 1 4x2x60 apollo tent for veg and a 4x4x80 gorilla grow tent for flower for the apollo tent I'm wanting to use 2 king plus 800w led lights a 4" fan filter and controller setup with a humidity and temp gauge and 2 6" clip on fans and the gorilla I'm wanting to use 2 king plus 1200w led lights a 400 cfm 6" fan setup with an equal cfm filter and controller humidity and temp with 2-3 6" clip on fans. Any and all advise would be much appreciated. I'm also getting a cheaper 2x2x60 tent for drying with a fan filter combo.

http://www.compareledgrowlights.com/wattage/ King Led's look good. But if the true wattage is 1200 then i would be concerned it might be too strong. Especially with 5 and 7ft total height. 1200 led watts is equivalent to a shit ton of HPS. Honestly I see 4x4 areas with 600 true watt led's growing trees. Just do not want to see you get into light height issues later My friend has a 700 watt led and a 1000 watt hps growing side by side and his plants lean towards the LED.

LED's are really changing the game the old wattage formulas no longer apply with LED. Especially with the spectrum tailored models. I am about to start a commercial indoor farm in a couple months. I have been doing a lot of research.

Yeah I'm very impressed with the leds and after doing my research decided that the kings plus was best choice being full spectrum and very affordable I do tend to go overboard on projects and that is one reason I'm asking for advise on here

I like the programmable spectrum. This is where LED's shine. Imagine how much of a HPS's light spectrum a plant just does not care about and all the wasted energy..

True I looked into it but I'm trying to keep my cost down as much as possible because I'm getting all my equipment tools and accessories right now
