First Grow, T5, Northern Lights

that was all T5's even 2700k t5 for flowering?

I think T5's only come in 3000K, ( at least at the places I've looked).

Looking at your pics... did you have 2 different bulb types in your hood? I have a massive T5 set up 2 hoods with 6 bulbs each.. the only reason i ask is they look like they have different colors... i might be just me. I have grown with t5 and yes they work well... but i have switched to a 400w HPW system for flowering... the yeild is almost 4 times the amount.. out of 8 plants..i am getting 2.3 to 3 pounds on a harvest with the HPS...vs 10 to 15 oz with the T5s. I do use them for veg...and they are great.

Good Genetics...lol. It not that difficult.. I get about 12 to 13 ounces per plant. I use a LST grow.. good nutes...veg for 2 to 2.5 months under 30,000 lums with T5s.. when all my shoots are fully grown... i start flowering.. the 400w hps is more then i need. The ladies are in there for 8 to 9 weeks.. depending what i'm running. The box is 80"X70X30. It can handle 30 clones and 10 plants ( LST ONLY) the plants will only get as big as you let them.. control the grow with your pot size and training... good veg and nutes....and strong bloom.. and you should get 12 to 13 oz per plant. I have seen plants as tall as 7 feet get close to 2.5 pounds each.. now thats a big bitch..lol
My signiture pic is a few of my little plants.. and i got about 7 oz each...and about 4 grams of oil...from all the shake.

Wait.. i hope i did that math right.. i get 300 to 330 grams per plant.. I thinks thats right...315g(avg) by 28g = 11.5..ok i was off by a little bit. Sorry.. so its 11oz per plant.

haha thats sick man. so what kinda strains usually? i paid a shit load for all the seeds i got goin now, still ill be happy with an oz per plant lol. the first plant i grew was bagseed and i only got 17 grams off it... thats why i find it hard to believe you can get over 300 from one plant. the best ive ever seen on here was 10.5oz from one SCROG plant...

That seems like alot for a 400 watt set up. Thats like 4 or more grams per watt. I dont see how its possible with a 400 hps. Not refuting your claims it just seems like a staggering amount. I grow with a 1000 watt HPS and am lucky if I get 3 oz. per plant albeit I only veg for less than a month.

you have to train your plants... i can not stress that enought... LST.. Do not crop or cut off fan leaves... just train the plant to grow all the way around the pot.. I wish i had some pics of my last grow i did this too.. but i will post some pics of the current one so you guys can see.. At less you train.. or top.. or do something.. you will get on main cola.. if you LST you plats.. every shoot becomes like a little mini cola and then you get one main.. then only draw back is the veg time.. you are growing you plant longer. Depending on your bucket size.. you can grow for 3 months in veg stage.. but your yeild is also a lot more..

Think of it this way.. you will grow a 5 foot plant.. in a circle ( if your really good..and it not easy at times ..lol ) and every off shoot will become its own cola.. with better and bigger light exposure.

You can try this with any plant you have in veg stage right now.. Bend it sideways ( don't break the stem!!!) tie it down for 4 days and see what happens to your under growth. It will spring up like there is not tomorrow. However if you start late and the light is to far way you will get strech.. but if you start early.. you will get awesome foilage growing strait up from every new nod and it will be dence.

As far as the light goes.. the more area of the plant you have exposed the more plant you will have.. there for getting more DANK STANK...lol.

Some Jock Horror and some Cali4nia Humbolt ( its smokes like.. uuumm.. kinda like a pine tree tast.. i know thats crazy but it does and it has a lot of active hairs so the hight is very trippy.. and very happy...LOL)
