First grow set up, Hydroponic. Let me know what you think

I will be growing in a 2x2x4 grow tent from TigerHydro.

I'm looking into the different lighting set ups, but I do not fully understand the limits of my tent and other factors. I'm considering using the smaller set up that the offer. I'm planning on ordering pretty much everything of TigerHydro because I know everything in the set up will be compatable and it will be easier for me to set up.

I'm thinking about using a 400w MH/HPS combo light system that they have for order.

Thats all that I have so far, still looking into options on hydro buckets and such any suggetions would be greatly appreciated.

When you are considering all those other variables, some to take into consideration are ventilation, irrigation, how are you getting water to and from the tent. If you post up all the items you want in your setup with pictures and links/stats, it will better equip those of us in the forum of answer your questions. Also, it might be good to consider obtaining your setup on a need-to basis. This will give you time to have it physically in your presence and research will be easier for you. For example, buy the tent and begin researching the sizes of the things you will be putting in the tent vice the things outside (maybe the carbon filter can go on the outside etc). Sorry to run-off on a tangent, but yeah. If you show us the equipment you want we may advise you further. Everyone's situation is different, so everyone's solution will be different. Give us more info.

well i really just need a list of everything i need to buy or like a link to a beginners guide or something. I'm getting kind of lost in all of the different choices for pots lights fans etc

Asunversee... can you help us out and tell us what you are looking at growing? how many plants, how much space you have, whats your budget, the more info you give the better information you will get as to what you need.

I have a room thats about 5x8 with a 8 or 9 foot ceiling ideally im trying to encase it inside of a tent or a structure of some sort because the more discretion the better in this case, although this is my house and its not really a huge deal, but i dont want it to be obvious. I'm working with a budget of about 300-700 i'm pretty flexible but i'd like to do more with less if possible. I am trying to start off with about 4 or 5 plants nothing major.
