My plants sprouted on the 11th of oct...they were originally in little red cups and i transplanted them about a week after they sprouted to 1gallon pots which for some reason became rootbound in just over 3 weeks. I just transplanted them to 3 gallon pots which hopefully will be big enough to take them through flowering since i don't have room in my cabinet for bigger pots. Oh and my bastard cat decided to chop on one of the plants while i was transplanting them
My soil is 2 parts schultz potting soil 1 part verimiculite 1 part perlite and a small handful of powdered lime per 2 gallons of soil mix. I was told that for the first 3 weeks or so the soil should be able to support them so i'm figureing now would be a good time to start nutes.
For lighting they are under 18/6 250HPS temps in my cab hover between 75(lights off) and between 80-85 with the lights on.
My question is this...i purchased some fertilizer from a local nursery the npk rating is 33-11-11. I was planning on giving them their first dose of 1/4 strength nutes the next time i water...prolly tomorrow or the next day. Is 33 to high? or are those ratings a ratio...i.e... is 33-11-11 the same as 3-1-1?
I can post some pics if need be.
