first time grower here, and i've just been gathering info as i go along on this journey.
i will be updating this post with pics and so on..

i'm using a cardboard box (18h x 24w x 18d) and it's working out until i decide to change it up once
she gets much bigger. i put mylar around for reflection.

recent pic from earlier. watered earlier today and put a lil more soil on top cover the stem.
there are some battle wounds, but she's tough and still growing. LST a couple branches with a wired hanger i cut up.

i was woundering if i top dress my soil / pots to raise my ph in soil do i have to still add 5ml cal/mage to my water disstell water am useing

@buyerReed .. haven't got caught.

For everyone else, i'm still around. I've just been semi-offline and focused on other things. No pics at the moment until i fix my camera to upload em. I've had problems with the plant (pH being below 6.0, and Kdef problems). All of it has been fixed.. as for the Kdef problems, that slowed down the progress and no buds were forming at the time.

as of today (99days from seed, 72 since 12/12), buds are still forming up but still small looking, even though the most of the trichs are cloudy, some 1/3.. and most hairs are still white. suppose to be an 8-9wk strain.. yesterday (4th), made it 10wks since 12/12.

but i have been giving it 1gal of water each day for the last 5 days now, nutes stopped on the 27th last month.

its at a good size, would've been bigger if i let it veg for 4weeks exact.

the kdef problem definitely slowed its growth.. been seeing more buds forming and getting a little bit bigger each day. without that problem, they would be at a good size right now. i'm just wondering if i should continue letting it grow even though some of the trichs are in the cloudy phase.. or chop down this weekend.

maybe chop the ones that are cloudy and leave the growing/smaller ones on? possible? is it even worth it?

jg..I can't help ya on trichome thingies...I've never gotten that far in a grow yet. I do know the more amber means more couch lock....Less amber more cloudy is more uplifting...

Maybe someone can chime in here for ya.

from today. slow growth/buds not fattening due to low ph & kdef problems. 11wks, 2days in.

only 3 pics at the moment.

looks good ghost, nice and frosty!!

space, you can tell when its close but a loupe would be better to be sure. i use 2 10x loupes taped together, works good enough.

Lol 2 loupes taped together....sounds like it goes great with that cardboard box of yours, lol....

Sometimes you just have to grow ghetto or go wimpering home....
