I have only fed them once so far which i know is bad and it was after the spots started forming. I am using a line from organic solution for the food. Im working on getting an npk meter so i can better diagnose what my food res is at.also i was misting them with the water and peroxide mix trying to kill the gnats. I didnt think it would hurt them just under flouros but ill try to avoid that now.
WHOOOOOOOAAAAAA! dont foliar spray with peroxide. peroxide is O2(oxygen). roots use that. leaves need CO2 . only foliar spray with magnesium(Mg) or a approved foliar spray food. proxide goes in the medium. helps clean roots too. checc out my ''supplemental CO2" thread.

ohhh that could be my problem. i didnt think it would hurt it but that does make sense it might block out the CO recepters. im working on letting the pot completely dry out right now then i wanna start feeding on a regular schedule to avoid nute problems in the future. question after drying out for a week should i start feeding first water or water first then feed?

and the other only possible thing i think it could of been was because i sprayed the leaves when they were still under lights. i didnt think the floros were strong enough to do any damage to the leaves. also this does appear to only be affecting the outside layer of leaves another reason i think i burned it

Hey man, its most probably your ph level that is causing those discolourations. the PH level needs to be around 6.5 I think. That's the ideal range where your plants will be able to soak in as many nutrients as possible (so iv read).
So what you're probably seeing is deficiency or even more than one deficiency due to bad ph levels stunting the plants ability to absorb stuff.

You sprayed PEROXIDE on the plants! There's yer spots dude!
Peroxide- even diluted with water- would burn the plants if mixed at a high enough rate to kill bugs!

Use either NEEM with a few drops of dish soap so it stays mixed, Mity Wash (Ionized water- the lil bastards literally explode on contact and it leaves no residue!) Seirra Natural Systems Mite spray (all organic - works well) or Azamax (all organic- but hard core... use the mix suggested for berries)

You CAN bomb the room- IF you use only a pyrethrin fogger... they are made from chrysanthremums and work well... but you STILL need to keep cleaning and mopping the room weekly with bleach water.

once mites are in a room- it is damned near impossible to EVER be totally rid of them, short of removing EVERY plant from the room and doing a hard-core Bug Bomb And spraying the plants with Azamax or one of the other sprays while you wait. Make sure you spray the planters and surface of the soil... they lay eggs there too!!!

We also fight the battle of the Mites-- am in the lead, but we live where there is a lot of "Monsanto" type crap being sprayed- so anyone not using chemicals gets hit hard, and the bugs are more resistant due to repeated exposure over generations...

Good Luck! ;)

Uh oh... I poured peroxide around my seedlings because they were all damping off. I was desperate and panicking and someone said that might help.

Well i havent watered in 4 days now i want it to dry out and kill the gnats. I think first thing in the morning they will get fed. When should i water in regards to my light schedule? I was thinking just before lights come on or does it even matter?
