First grow. Plant problem??

Alright, so this is my first time posting. I've been floundering around the threads awhile learning as much as i can, and I decided it's time to post my first grow.

So right now my set up includes 2 6500k CFL's in circular dome hoods (I'm planning on getting some more this weekend)

I have the plants in some cut out 2 liter pop bottles and a gallon milk jug (all are getting transplanted into the milk jug later)

I have Miracle Grow soil and All purpose fertilizer, and I'm growing on my bathroom counter (I plan to move them into the closet once I start flowering)

The plants are about 2 and a half months old, almost 3, tallest is about 14 inches, smallest is about 9 or 10 due to stress problems (it was from an old crop that got heat stressed and it was the only one that lived)

So tell me what you guys think?
I kind of want to get the smallest to 12" before I start flowering. And also notice that my largest plant has some problems. :dunce: Any help would be appreciated :bigjoint:

They are also all bagseed that I got from a friend.
I have them under 24/7 light, but before I start flowering, I'm going to lower the light cycle an hour a day till I hit 12/12. Is that okay? Any other info you need just ask =D

A transplant couldnt hurt, they wont get much bigger without more room to spread roots. More roots=moreshoots=more budz

i flushed it last night so I'm hoping that will fix the issue. and i'm going to transplant them all into the gallon bottles as soon as I get my lights. I like to do it all at once so it's less stress.

What about putting it into flowering? should I wait longer?
