first grow: PC cabinet grow

Hey all,

I've started my first grow today. Built my grow PC box, and now waiting for the seeds to germinate so I can plant them.

Seeds

- Barney farms Blue Cheese feminized seed
- RP Silver Kush

Grow Info

1 x 20" x 9" x "21 case
1 x 100w dual spectrum 4U (6500k + 2700k) (100w actual wattage)
2 x 50mm PC exhaust fans
2 x 50mm PC intake fans
2 x 12v phone chargers
1 x mylar reflective material around the case (tried my best putting it on, it was so messy)
1 x 12.5" x 6.5" x "4.5" pot
1 x 12qt FFoF
1 x digital thermo + humid monitor

Day 1

- Dropped seeds inside cup of poland spring water and place the cup inside kitchen cabinet.
- Finish building the grow box.

Can I put the seeds directly in the FFoF soil when they start rooting ? And If so how much water should I be feeding them at that stage ?

Looking good man. I'm growing the Barney's farm BC also. I bought a bag of "all purpose organic starter mix" from Home Depot/lowes for like $5 and mixed that 2/1 with FFOF for the seedlings and it worked good. So I suggest doing that since it worked great with my blue cheese.

Good looking PC set up, as for the watering of seedlings I used a spray bottle and just gave the soil a few pumps each plant untill I have a real plant as to not over water.

Thanks everyone for the tips.

Day 2

- seeds sinked to the bottom inside the cup. I was becoming worried so I moved them to the paper towel with a bowl on top to create condensation.
- ordered fox farm trio

Day 3.

- seeds have rooted

in the paper towel.
- Going to put them into FFoF tomorrow evening. I hope they last until then without light or soil inside the paper towel.

Decided to make a SCRoG screen out of a napkin dispenser. Could this work ?

Are they ready to be planted now ?

The two seeds have been planted into the one pot.

I think you'd be better off with one plant in there. If you're going to do two, put a divider in the pot to seperate the two.

I tried putting the seed into another pot and accidentally broke the root off. FML!!!!! I don't know which one I broke [Silver Kush or Blue Cheese]

It is ALIVE!!!!!! The plant sprouted up, can anyone help me with why one of the leaf is curled so down ?

Update
- Accidentally broke one of the original 2 leafs that the seedling hatched out of 5 days ago.

Day #9

- is the plant growing right on track for day #9 or it seems under-developed because of the broken leaf ?

All looks good. Don't make the same mistake I did and be impatient.
I would let it get a few more branches before you lst.
