First grow, outdoors, need help with unknown problem

Hey everyone, thanks for reading this and hopefully knowing what is wrong with my plants!

So I'm growing 5 hybrids, ordered off seedsman (good reviews so I don't think the problem comes from the plants themselves) labelled as suited to outdoors growing and easy for beginners.

I don't use any artificial nutrient booster or any chemical product: only put some nettle manure (dunno if you know what that is, basically fermented nettles, very good for natural nutrients, we use it for other plants in my garden and it's fine; I also made sure not to put too much.) I water when the soil feels dry, basically once a day or so. I move them around to make sure they get at least 11 hours of direct sunlight, and get them home since the nights are still a bit fresh.

That's how I do at the moment but prior to that I know I've done many mistakes that altered them, but since I stopped them and some problems stay the same, I'm at a loss.

My soil is now 80% regular garden dirt (other plants grow well in it so no problem there) and 20% compost (for the nutes) but 2 weeks ago it was only compost, which prevented my plants from getting water (water didn't stay at all in the soil), but as I said I changed that, now soil is fine to me.

Also, I used to put them in a small closed greenhouse, which meant they didn't get much ventilation: I stopped that and put them in the open now, it's been 2 days (I know it's dumb but I forgot the vent part, I thought giving them 2 hours outside the greenhouse was enough).

I also burnt the leaves of one (or two, not sure for the other) because I used to put them under a LED at night after reading how much light was needed (turns out it was wrong, and especially to put them under LED at close distance) so I stopped that, 2 weeks ago as well.

And last thing, which I realised yesterday, when getting them home I'd put them in my bedroom near the window (for the first light of the day to reach them since I wake up at 8-9 am) but I smoke (tobacco, not more than 10 a day) inside said room and I thought it might be bad.

So right now I've stopped all those possibly negative stuff: but my plants still look unhealthy to me.
Mind you, they're growing all right, every week I see great changes, but their problems bother me and I don't want them to grow worse.

So by looking at 2 sets of pictures, one from last week and one from today, so you can see both the plants' growth and their health issues, if you could tell me what you think is wrong.. that'd be awesome.

Sorry for the long read! On the left are the old photos, on the right the recent ones.

How often are you watering them? They look a bit overwatered to me, give em a couple days dry period and see if they perk up, the yellow wont unyellow, but we are looking for bright green new growth from here on out

Thanks for the reply :)

I'm a bit surprised, I read overwatering made leaves appear full, droopy and dark green, none of my issues.. plus the new growth is very green if you look closely : [

How often do you water yours? I feared they were turning yellow and brown because of a lack f water, is it really the opposite?

*Edit* as I said I usually water them once a day, sometimes twice when it's really sunny and the soil feels dry, is it too much?

With lil babies like that the surfice of the soil will dry fast but it will stay damp inside long after. Judge dryness by the weight of the pot

I did hear about the lift the pot method, will do!

My father passed by and since he grows too he gave me some advice, like stopping to take them inside every night and less direct light since they're young, so I'll try that too :)

I actually did look at them closely, they appear to be almost swollen between the veins of the leaves(sort of rounded look rather than flat) and the tips seem pointed downward, when your leaves bend downward rather than praying upward its often due to too much water. When your leaves are pointing downward instead of level or praying because of stems drooping its not enough water. Over watered cannabis will also present with yellowing and brown spots, some of the browned tips could have been caused by the time release ferts in the miracle grow it was i n to start with. Everytime you water time release its releases more nutrients often causing the burns you see.

As for my water scedule it wont help you much, i use coco coir and it works a bit different than soils, for some good soil growing organic tips i reccomend checking out the outdoor show and tell threads, some true killers in the soil game there to learn from, just please try to read for your answers before filling the thread with questions(takes away from the flow of pics lol)

I'm noob too but once a day sounds like way too much. I hear in soil like once every 3 days. Your roots need to breath. I'd almost think lack of nitrogen but if your having root problems they won't be able to absorb nutrients correctly any ways.

And actually once I blew up
Pic def not lack of nitrogen because your yellowing is in your older leaves.

Well thanks a lot, never read that overwatering could do this, it's pretty much all the symptoms that worried me, I'll try to do as you said and water a bit less :) huge thanks again! I'll probably post pictures in a week or two if they're going better :)

Yeah I thought it was nitrogen related at first but other symptoms don't add up :/ thanks for your answer still, I'm pretty convinced it's overwatering that hurt them now, I'll try my best to fix that :)

Dig away some of the soil you have there maybe? Replace with nice dry soil to help absorb some moisture.

Its best to leave well enough alone in these instances, the plant is already struggling tossling its roots about will do far more harm than good here, when trying to fix any deficiancy or excess in your plant its best to make small changes one at a time rather than to throw everything at it at once, this way you dont overstress any more than needed and you have time to see what is working rather than hoping at least one thing does(purely my experience if you've had others please feel free to say so)
