i have been growing this orange crush plant for the last few months and i am in flowering stages for about a month now. can anyone help me on how long it shoulkd take till this baby is finished. and how much i would yield from it.

you got about 4-5 weeks left to go... that being said, please put some more lights on that girl.... those flouro tubes are practically useless. but she looks really good considering the amount of light you got goin.

what type of lights and how many watts?? sorry if i missed this...
you got about a good 3+ weeks you should really get some more lights in there if you can to see some increase.. those look like some tasty buds though nice work...

this was the first plant i grew and here is a good tip. i would say 3-4 more weeks, cut the main cola off, and raise the rest of the plant to the light source. your bottom will still grow! i got like 1/2- 0 extra! additional sites showed up and like mature buds were popping out, it looked like a softball at the base of the plant, great smoke

oh well yeah i got a grow light from homedepot that was for indoor grow plants. but its a 40 watt replacing the 75 watt for less heat and energy. it works excelent. i just put those tubes in there a few weeks ago. i got them from a friend. i think that they are both 75's or some shit. its kinda a ghetto light system i threw together. i lost my good job so had to resort to growing =P. but that ott lite i got from home depot has deffinatly served me well. this plant has changed fiffert lightings 3 times. i started it in my window sill. put it in this speaker box i have for vegging plants with ONLY the ott lite, then put it in this closet with those tubes. its a real healthy plant.

and about thecutting of the top cola. im kinda skeptical only because i am not exactly to sure what you are saying. could you elaborate please. i just dont undestand what cutting the top bud off and would do with adding lower buds.

i would grab some 42 watts CFL"S the curly types bulbs like these http://www.buylighting.com/42-Watt-Compact-Fluorescent-5100K-Full-Spectrum-p/tcp28942-51k.htm and add them.. im not sure on the light bulb your talking about but these lights will help you out you can grow decent sized buds under these.. but that plant looks great from whats its been through lol

i know. i was so worried that she was going to turn up male after bein under stress. but this plant is strong. now i cut off the top bud like you said. i cloned it. how much do you know about cloning. and if you do, i have the top in a seperate box running it 24 hours i was thinking for two weeks then flower it. or no

WHOOOOAH , no, do not clone it.......... its actually "smokable" now.

i ment like in 3 weeks, just cut the main bud off. it will be ready. keep flowering it for another 2 more weeks and it the rest will be ready. so total of 5 weeks got it?

by the way, if your looking for lights that aren't going to put a whole in your wallet go to lowes and look for the curly CFL's. I use the 26watt/100watt replacements and they work nicely and are cheap. They also put out little heat and out of 9 im using its only pulling the amount of power it would with 4 normal living room lamps. You can also buy blue and yellow spectrum for you vegg and flowering session's. Hope this helps some
