First Grow Noob. Needs Help!

hi guys its my first grow i had a cuple seeds so why not try to grow anyways i germanted them in a paper towel for 5 days and now they have sprouts coming out of the shell now the question is how do i plat the seeds ?? do i plant the seed itself in the soil or do i just plant the sprout and leave the seed up above the soil ?????????? can sum one help a noob out please before my seeds die

root down, shell of seed just in line with soil level, spray well with just water and put under light.. quickly quickly...

Drop the whole thing in the soil, only about a quarter inch deep, cover loosely, water lightly, (dont pack your soil). Should be good

so i make a hole for the root and have the see just sit ontop of the soil ? sorryguys im very much a noob at this
