First grow newbie.. pics :)

Looks like they are over watered or possibly need bigger pots.

I raised the light about a week ago and they are all doing much better... it may have been not-so-great medium. I went ahead and purchased some foxfarm grow big and have been very very careful with the stuff. I took care of the spidermites with soap based safe spray.
