First Grow NEED HELP

I started germinating my bag seed one week ago today, since this is my first grow im not sure exactly what to do or if my plant looks healthy

your plant looks fine.what kinda lights are you using?if youre using cfls keep em real close to the plant. like 2 inches away.

yea im using CFL's i have 2 daylight cfls and one warm cfl one is about an inch and a half above the plant the other too are father away is this okay? and is my plant small for a week old?

yeah youre plants fine.just make sure to keep the lights close.and 414? if thats your area code, then what a coincidence.

yep, Milwaukee, didnt know anybody else in milwaukee grew, the weed i find here isnt good enough might as well try to grow better
