First grow! Need Help!

Hi all, this is my first grow and I recently took a 3 day camping trip think my plants would be fine, but to my surprise, one is completely shriveled up, another is looking very droopy, and another is discolored very heavily. Any advice or help diagnosing the problem would be much appreciated.

What are they planted in? What kind of lights and how close are they? How dry is the soil?
Planted in fox farm ocean forest soil mixed with 20% perlite in red solo cups, lights are currently a 4 bulb t-5 grow lamp that is sitting about 10 inches away, and the soil is damp on the smaller, damaged ones but dry on the two that look healthy.

.

SourBubba it looks like you left them without water for too long and they dried out.

Water them until runoff.

First ... based on the bottom leaf damage on 2 of them it looks like they may have been overwatered but are doing better. As for the shriveled plant ... if they're all the same strain and a thorough watering doesn't bring it back, it probably wasn't a viable seed. You know there's a reason for the bumper sticker "shit happens" ... not your fault.
Personally, not a big fan of solo cups. I think these
are the best starter pots for photo period plants ... but to each their own.

Bump to figure out if anyone else knows what’s wrong with some of these plants as it seems they are getting worse
Do you have drainholes? The one that died that was moist still at the time? Looks like one or 2 have nute burn. The happy ones prob were able to eat the excessive moisture and nutes, the weak ones yeeted. New pics?

Yeah there are drain holes in all of the cups and the one that died was moist before she passed away :( here’s a current pic. Could these seeds just not be very good? I have read great things about fox farms ocean forest soil.
