First Grow Need help with cfl's

Hello everybody so im planning my first grow with some lucky chronic seeds i got from an 8th i scored and i was just wondering if 3 13watt cfls would work for the veg state and if they do how far apart do the lights have to be.

I use the larger cfls, how many plants are you trying to grow? and in vegetation, you will want to be at 6500k spectrum. Should do more research if you are serious about, good luck
