First grow need advice on this one's condition

I so started to grew and decided to stick with only four plants running off of about a 100+w CFL grow is its pretty newbie. Anyways the point is that one my plants.... is not looking so great. The leaves have curled under a bit and these spots have appeared on several leaves.

On another note I think my plants are stressed too since my roommate changed the time of day for the veg growth since its still 18-6 but he changed when its dark.

This is my first grow so any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

you dont have enough light. and when using cfls. you dont read the equivalent wattage you read the real wattage so that you only have 34 watts? and make sure your not over watering that plant

Im using like 106w total. The bulbs I use are 20w and rated at 75w. I have two side CFLs as well, but they are 13w. The soil was dry so I watered them again today. I'm running six lights and a 120mm CPU fan rigged to hook up straight to an outlet.

I'm not sure its overwatering.

havnt heard much on the dark spots on the leaves, im new so, take my advice with a grain of salt. i see alot of people with it. only found its vegetative deficiency of phosphorus, maybe try bone meal
