First Grow - Mystery Leaves

OK it's my first grow and i've learned a lot about watering, pH, grow medium and most importantly that even in a 75 degree AC'ed room with 75 watts of CFL and a 9 inch fan, ur temps can still get to 83. Whatever. What i haven't figured out completely is this:

All of my seedlings came up lookin nice and all, then about 10 days in everything slowed down a bit (still developing daily, just not as quickly) and their leaves started doing this. This guy is the worst, but the others are doing it just a tad also. I'm thinking something PH... But who knows. I'll answer any needed questions tonight, but i gotta be gettin to work right now.

Grow Info:
Miracle Gro
PH checked distilled water - about 4TB/day - and YES it is COMPLETELY dry when i water - i go by weight. Fresh MG outta the bag in a jiffy pot weights 45g. When i water they are 55 or less. I up them to 100, which takes about 4tb and by then the moisture is showing on the outside of the jiffy pot.
NO NUTES.
52 watts cool CFL, 26 watts warm CFL. Up 2.5" 24/0 at the moment ...
80-83 degrees. - maybe a tad lower i haven't checked since i raised the lights.
9" fan on low setting. I'm paranoid about the breeze it makes.
I'm sure i forget something here...

The pic is hosted by imageshack, and i haven't given them any kind of money for a subscription or whatever so maybe there is some kind of bandwidth/views per hour limit or some shit them kind of sites do. it is right after ... "What i haven't figured out completely is this:"

Or maybe u missed it because it looks like a healthy plant (to u) and i'm a paranoid nerd ?

Miracle-gro but no nutes? I'd check that package if I were you. I'm using the same brand and mine has slow and quick release fertilizer already added. But I don't think that's the issue.

Growing at 24/0 in jiffy pots, they may already be root bound which would explain the slowed growth. Other than that the one in the pic looks fine just a little stressed.

My bag says .21/.07/.14 ... so there's a wee bit in there. I don't think it's a root-bound issue because even my smallest plant is showing symptoms... and it just got it's first set yesterday. When this showed up, it was on my second smallest. The biggest three plants are just now showing the puckering.

A better pic: A comparison pic so y'all can see things from my perspective. #2 is the plant in question. It is *clearly* developing differently than the rest. BUT the rest *are* showing the same signs that #2 did early on. You may also be able to see a bit of yellowing on plant #1, which is in the top right. Thanks y'all !!!!
