First Grow, Jack Herer.

Hey everyone. This is of course my first grow. I've read and learned tons. My set up may not be perfect, but it will get better in time. I moved to Europe, and what a great place to set up a grow tent, plus have some personal smoke by the end to show for my troubles.

My Set up:
4'x4'x6' grow tent
7- 6.5l pots
Bio Nova soil mix A
400w HPS light
Hesi Nutrients
5" intake fan(185m3/h)
ECO carbon filter
VentilatorTT25(220/280 m3/h)
Small 6" fan blowing around the plants
* If i'm missing something important, sorry.. All my set up instructions and reciept was in a different language.

As of today i'm currently on week 2 of flowering. I recieved klones that were 6 days old. I let them veg for about 3 and a half weeks. My camera phone is the best i have. So, some of the pics might not be grade A quality(hopefully my bud is). Also, 3 days ago i cut some of the lower branches off for easier access, and to stop some popcorn buds from showing up. I've read less is more, but of course being a noob I was nervous about chopping too much off and over stressing the plants.

I've been watering every 2-3 days when a pencil shoved 3" into the soil comes out dry. I use nute's on 1 water, wait until dry and use clean ph balanced water, then rinse repeat as needed. Watering has been confusing for me, but my schedule doesn't seem to do any negative things to the plants. Another learning experience.

And the last few pics up to day 11 of flowering. I know the cut job is bad, and a few other things aren't pro grow material.

looks really good for a 400 watt hps i would think about uping it for flowering like a 600 or 1000 watt more light is more bud 400 watt is good for veg and the watering your doing just fine no signs of over or underwatering and the cutting you should of used them for clones so you wouldnt have to buy any more if you cut clones before you flower then you will have a cycle going cut a clone veg it for a month cut clones again and thro those babys into flowering and grow the clones a month again and continue. just get another tent for the clones to veg and get you a 600 watt or 1000 watt hps for the flowering tent thats how i started out now i harvest every 2 weeks with 8 tents if you had 4 tents you could have harvest ever month hope i helped man

I think next grow i will go up to a 600w HPS during flower. Unfortunately my apartment isn't very big. This tent took up a 1/4 of my living room. At some point I would love to get on a schedule like you have. I'm taking this first grow as a learning experience. I'm going to get at least one more tent for veg'n next time. To be honest, I'm not sure. When I moved here I met a good grower who exclusively grows Jack Herer. I was given 7 klones. He had a mother plant he took all his cuttings from.

This is day 15 of flower. I believe it's finally starting to show some bud growth. I know I still got quite a ways to go, but it's nice to know it's paying off.

Looking good mate, should get some nice buds out of those girls

Day 20 of flowering now. I was told to take a week away due to cutting the bottoms of the plants, and might have stressed the plants to not stretch fast up top. I'm also a little confused on when to start adding my fosfor+ to the nute mix.

So far great grow! I hope you don't mind if i stick around. subbed for sure! Also check out my first grow it just sprouted so long way for me but I'm willing to wait to say "yea i grow my own cannabis"

Sorry about the pictures being so bad, but my camera phone hasn't been agreeing with me lately. I added a pretty nice size fan to the mix, the airflow was getting pretty bad with my little side fan. This fan might be a little big, but at 8" i think it will cure some of the stale air i've been having. Lots of leaves are starting to fall off now.

Alright. I'ts been a while since i've updated due to some bluetooth problems on my phone and so on.. I haven't really been counting the weeks since it's been all fudged up with cutting and trimming. The hairs on the buds(about half)are starting to turn red. I'll be looking at the trichs with a magnifying glass to make my final decision on when to cut these girls down. I'm happy with the results. I've learned alot so far, and one thing i've learned is PH makes a HUGE difference. My leaves are turning up(curling up), and browning a little. I can't take pictures with my phone so well, so the problem is kinda hidden by the blur. Either way, I'm pretty happy.
