duct tape and cardboard go a long way for sealing your room.

i bought a box of trash bags and laid them out in to a square folded over a few times for thickness and taped them together, next added mylar to the outside and taped it to it, i use them for the door to my box and put them on the walls and ceiling. air tight and reflective, and if you can't afford mylar wal-mart has this wrapping paper that's like 5 dollars that is similar.

I grabbed some Mylar off ebay yesterday for cheap.

4ftx25ft 1mil thick. Paid 15$ total including shipping
