PPP x JTR does Sound like a good cross. Best if both worlds. Or really any of them for that matter. Holla at me when your ready to sell some beans.

Yeah, should get something good from all these crosses, just wish it didn't take quite as long. I'll be doing some 12/12 from rooted seedlings to speed up the process. May have to wait one more round to do any significant pheno searches, I have 4x reg Harlequin's vegging and if I pop a male I'm making some seeds (those are expen$ive!), should have them in the tent @12/12 by end of this weekend. No problem sharing some seeds, logistically though it's a bit risky (not legal here), wish there was an reliable/safe way to do seed exchanges...

It really is a shame that two grown men can't share seeds. It not legal here either. Some things just don't make sense to me.

The cool thing you did was to make so many different crosses so you can find what works best for YOU. I'm certain you will find some true winners in there somewhere.

How much were those harlequin seeds and what breeder? I'm really thinking about getting some for my back. I broke it in four places in 2004 when my unit was ambushed in the Middle East. I don't take painkillers very often if I can help it. I would rather smoke.

Yeah, that sucks, things are improving in some countries but a long way from being able to exchange any form of weed across borders They're Harlequin BX4 by BC Bud Depot, bought them at seed-city, they were around $13/each. Why I'm hoping to pop a male, all 4 seeds popped, 2 larger one's, two smaller one's, hoping those taller one's are males, they typically outgrow females off the line. Those taller one's are showing male-like signs, not 100% sure yet but the tent becomes available this weekend so they're all going in there and see what happens. Sounds like you could use a high CBD strain for sure, hats off to you for serving, sorry about your luck If you can get by with some good ganja you're much better off for sure.

Bro both the pineapple n chemdog turned out to be fire even tho I neglected them n they didn't yield much compared to the NL and BR. Kind of stashing away what's left of the pine n chem and working my way thru the BR. the br looks smells n tastes the best but potency wise I'd say xhemdog hands down

Yeah man I feel u. I guess for me it really calms down my add so things I normally can't focus on I can when I blaze but something more difficult like mixing tracks and recordings vocals n Shit becomes a lot more tedious n takes me longer...


Well I hit my first failed germination - 2/4 sprouted n I just put down two more. I'm at thinking there was too much perlite n the mix n they were drying out too fast to germ..remixed for the 2 new ones n ima pick up some solo cups tonight to get a couple more running.

Btw sorry I haven't been active on here...I normally get on here with my phone but I dropped it n smashed the Shit out a the screen. Also unexpectedly got promoted to management at work so things have been kinda crazyy

Hey ayr0n, congrats on the promotion, sounds like you're a busy guy, one day and one thing at a time. When things get crazy, take a break every once in a while, slow down to your plants pace and puff a big one

ayr0n i dont know if this has been asked or not but this thread is big and im lazy. how are your pots setup it looks like you have 2l bottles or solo cups with soil and perlite in a smart pot with more perlite ? what are the advantages of being setup like this ? your grow looks amazing im curious. currently im saving up for a tent fans and 600 w setup kinda like yours soon. for now im in a wardrobe.

Hey Ricky -

So the deal w/ the solo cups on top of smart pots: Everything I read about autos said not to transplant because of the stress (no control on veg time w/ photoperiod, so mistakes = hard hit to the yield). I read a thread somewhere with a guy that did all his transplants (photo plants) by starting in solo cups, and then cutting off the bottom of the cup and burying it inside a larger pot w/ more medium to provide a completely stress free transplant. Since everyone said not to transplant the autos, but I wasn't quite set up yet wheN I got started, I just went for the "tiered" pot style like that guy so i could still transplant but start in small 'pots'.

It looks like all perlite in the smart pots, but they actually only had about 1/4" of perlite on top of an organic soil mix. The perlite on top of the pots was because I had fungus gnats in one of my bags of soil, and a dry medium surface = no more NEW fungus gnats. Another benefit of the tiered cup/pot method is that you gain several inches of vertical room for your roots to develop from the added height of the solo cup.
