Last night we received our first really cold temps. Got down to 28 in my neck of the woods. The little
forest going on outside by the fence was doing well, so I covered them last night. They are just fine,
seem to show no effects of the freeze. Took off the cover about noon today, will not freeze tonight, I'll leave it off.








ARE THEY EVER GONNA FINISH.......lol...........I realize they are all Haze........but seems like FOREVER they have been out there............STILL GOING STRONG!!!!








These are going to be GOOD SMOKE!!!! Some LSD in the mix too............

The temporary holding Cab for the AK47 .......................well, did not stay in "holding " too long, lol.
I had all the cuts I need of AK47(dont need 10 different cuts) so Cab was turned a few weeks ago.
I also have the "Mini" 6 150 HPS experiment in the same Cab, finishing up nicely.......

There is also 1 SSH hanging out in the back of the Cab............taking her time............lol..............

Ak47 is MUCH faster than the Super Silver Haze..............looks like 3 weeks faster to me, maybe more.............
The SSH is the nice looking tall one in the background with the twin head n big long leafs..............She has been bent
to keep her even with the AK's..........She is A DIFFERENT sort than the AK for sure!!!!!

Look at AK's pace, see SSH in background, just ABOUT to start.............

Sugar Punch aint no fun to play with yet.....................they just sit there and grow roots.....................................soon, they will be more fun to deal with....
Wonder how long this new T5 is gonna provide all the light I want on them?????

and I'm HAPPY as a pig in slop!!!!!!

will hold me over till the big Cabs start coming down(10 days)

She finished beautifully, just like a HUGE MONSTER.........just on a SMALL SCALE...........lol...................
I now KNOW: What to expect on her Big sisters...........how long to flower, what they will finish like(SWEET) , and can guess at her yield in the full sized form!!!!

The 2 Super Sensi Star Mini's TELL ME MUCH................DAMN THINGS..............been flowering FOREVER, could STILL keep going........
Worries me.................have 3 FULL Cabs of this stuff @39 Days in....................was NOT expecting 13 week flower times

They look nice.....do not get me wrong, but not sticky enough, and not completely done.............This will be a good test to see if I can harvest her at this age
and have potent smoke.......................seeing as i have NEVER smoked her.........................I took the gamble and brought both of them down..........i will KNOW in a week.

I also took down like 12 or 15 "Outside" girls..................The original "Left Overs" from my genetics run..............3 months ago.
They were stuck in a 30 gallon plastic container filled with "special soil" and placed in the back corner of my backyard and promptly
forgotten about for near 2 months..................lol...........Remembered them a few weeks ago, gave them some loving, and food, lol....

Froze here the other day........gonna be 28 tonight..........it was raining all day, gonna rain next 3 days...............WAS TIME to take them down.
Was taking the Mini fleet down, so while my scissors were out............they got the axe(yes, im white, lol) too!!!!

They have been flowering for 13 weeks I'm gonna guess. They are mostly Haze............

Hey Jet...I noticed you left a lot of the small fans on. Would you mind sharing your trim technique with me? When do you deal with those smaller leaves?

I only take off about 3/4 of the big leaves....do not take off much of the smaller sugar leafs....

Reason is plant drys TOO FAST when too much leaf is removed. I want the buds to dry slow....at least 7 days .....

Then I will trim (@7 days) and jar the Buds...

If I trim all at time of cut....Buds will dry in 3 or 4 days...which is too fast for my liking...

I do a 7 day dry hang.....then clean them tight and remove stems.....then jar for 7-14 days....do not do a long cure...
If u dry slow....cure can be very short.....my 7 day dry Buds WILL taste nice...

What are your temps and humidity right now as you start drying?

65 DEGREES.....
DO NOT CARE about humidity


I Dry @ 65 degrees and SLIGHT NON constant air circulation with them hanging....Always have...Works well for me
I have never lost any bud to rot...ever....
