First grow (I need pointers please)

Anyone familular with Ice and white widow?

I germinated 10 ice seeds 19 days ago, I also put 10 white widows in the dirt three days after that, but only nine germinated. I had them under 4 cfls, just changed over to 1000 watt hps today. The white widows seemed to be doing well, but the Ice got to one point and semms like they stopped growing. They have been the same size since week 1 about an inch and a half. The white widows have shot past the Ice pups. Wondering is it the strain or am I doing something wrong?

I have grown ice and widow, no the ice is not shorter than the widow, must be something that stunted their growth. VV

take a few pics of your setup like how close is your light and your fans/ventilation temps etc
all of that is important

I tried, but the hps makes waves thru the camera. But I have a 4'x4'x7' grow tent for veg and a 5'x6'x5' box for flowering that I built myself with 2x4's and plywood. I have a 1000watt hps that is 32" above the top of the plants. The temp stays about 80 degrees. The Ice is starting to grow now that I put nutes on them, all organic.

Its day 21(veg) for the Ice and day 18(veg) for the White Widow:

The WW is still taking off more than the Ice. I took pics of the two best of both strains, and the WW is 4 inches tall with way more defined leaves while the Ice is barely reaching 3 Inches (actually 2 1/2). the Ice still looks like it just sprouted instead of looking like its age.

Here are the pics of my set up, by the way the plants are starting to look nice. I fim a couple of both strains and they grew back 4 heads. I might fim them again, haven't decided yet! I will have pics up soon of the plants, trying to get better digital pic so they will be clear and not so dark.

The first pic is the 4x4x7 tent, the second pic is my flowering box that I built(open) with a 1000 watt hps/vertizontal light, the third is the box closed(5x6x5), and the last pic is my table in between bothe areas for cloning and storage of nutes.

Its day 28 (veg) and they are begining to grow at a rapid pace, both plants grew 2" in 5 days.

1st & 2nd pic> Are White Widow, 5 days ago they were just 4" now they are 6"

Pics 3 & 4> Are the Ice, they also grew 2" in 5 days. Were 2" now 4"

The rest of the pics are just an all around view of the plants in the tent. Also don't be alarmed about the yellow'ish looking plant because thats from me taking the pic inside the tent with the flash on, the pic next to it is its natural color; dark green.
