First Grow: Here are the Results!

Hey all,

First of all I'd like to thank RIU and all it's members for the priceless information and advise that helped me through the whole process, from seedlings to harvest.

It has been a long and interesting journey and Wednesday it was harvest time. I sure have learned a lot of things not to do the next time.



A bit of info:

• Technaflora Nutes
• 2x 600 HPS
• 56 girlies
• Yours truly made aqua-mist system
• Big-bud Strain
• 8 weeks of flowering
• Lots of time, TLC, and tons of reading.

•Just cut so no weight reading yet.


Pics include shots of just the top bud, the whole batch and before harvest.

Extremely nice job dude!!!! It sure doesn't LOOK like a first grow --- Be sure to post your next one, because if this is the first you've grown then the next one should be a home-run for sure!!!!!!!! +rep!!

Very nice indeed - gotta love aeroponics I'll be interested to hear the final dry weight.

That's a ridiculous first grow....are you kidding me?!?!

Would have loved to follow this one beginning to end.

make sure you trim them buds more so you can show off them buds

Well done madness. You have a great looking crop there, you just show what can be done with good research to get such a great first grow, as good looking as many pros.

about 10 times better than my first grow compliments. But did think maybe a week longer at first glance.

Very, very nice first grow for u bro..Im on my first indoor as well, but not using high-tech shiit, like 2 hps and hydro, more older style for me, with fluros and some cfls...tell my dude, why did u just straight go to hydro on you first grow..?how long did u research the hydro theme lol..?

Thanks Krustofskie, I am pretty happy with the results. I am working on my second run and breezing through it without any guess work.

Thanks Eskykev, good eye, they could have stayed a week longer, I just couldn't wait any longer. Next run.

Thanks Grow Space, I have to be honest with you; the first MJ DVD I watched was was SeeMoreBuds and I loved the efficiency and control it offered so I went for it.
As I went along, I watched other DVDs and read a lot online and in this forum, from seedlings to curing.

Did you use the Recipe to Success? I plan on trying it for soil. And did you weigh your yield? You did a fine job there.
