First Grow Here, Any Tips?

Hey everyone, I am almost four months into my first grow (transitioned into flowering about 3 weeks ago) but there are a few oddities that make me feel like I'm slowly fucking up somewhere. I could use some guidance and some general tips that will help me finish this grow strong and do much better on my next one. I'll post as much info and pics as I can so this might be a long post.

The Situation
Indoor, coco coair, small (2.5 feet) one plant from seed in a 3 gallon smart pot. Various CFL's.
It's in my attic so it can get really hot some days. I think my digital thermometer is off but reads an average temp. between 70-100. Hot I know but I think it's off because I've been up there when it reads 100 and it does feel like 100, plus i think my plants would have melted by now if it was that hot. Maybe the actually thermometer is 100 but the intake fan blowing right on the plant is keeping it cooler than that (see picture).
Vegetative was slower than planned I think due to low nutrients. I followed the schedule posted until right before flowering. I was experiencing a nitrogen deficiency and slow growth until I tried half the dosage on the nutrient bottles (more than 2x the schedule). After that I had explosive growth and no further deficiency's:hump:.
As the plant got wider it started growing into the lights, that's what the light burn is on the side. The top light burn was from accidentally letting the top leaves rest against the very top light for for a few seconds burning it.:wall:
I keep the fan running 24/7 and make sure all my water is as neutral a PH as i can get.

Now it is beginning to flower but there are still no pistils and I haven't seen a whole lot of growth since switching. :?: Am I giving it enough light? Have I misdiagnosed light burn for something else? What about nutrients? I plan to slowly give it less until flush but my schedule is so off course I have no clue how much it needs. Also my grow tent is tall and thin so I really won't have any room if it gets any wider. I've read that trimming isn't an option now that I am in flowering.
P.S that curve is due to very late plant training. IMAG0380.jpg IMAG0381.jpg IMAG0384.jpg IMAG0386.jpg IMAG0380.jpg IMAG0381.jpg IMAG0384.jpg IMAG0386.jpg IMAG0387.jpg IMAG0390.jpg

Sorry I forgot what my question was at first because I wasn't looking at the pictures. So I have a bunch of pistils but the curious thing is none of them have sprouted any white hairs. I thought this was supposed to be the first indication of it being female but I didn't know for sure until it started budding. Do some strains just grow hair later or am I doing something wrong?

huh?
pistils ARE the hairs man, and you have plenty
you thinkin of somethin else?
you are looking at the preflowers, and those are already forming a fuller calyx, don't sweat it, all those hairs out the top of the plant are pistils
I mean they look a lil greenish, but those are pistils, plants vary on the colors, some are pink, some are red.
heres a pretty pic of a pink colored one

Ok I see now, thanks for clearing that up. I thought pistils were only on the pre-flowers. Not sure why my pre-flowers didn't grow the little hairs like in the picture.
