Hey guys I am new to this but have an idea to get started... first off I plan on using a pc grow box for the veg cycle not sure on a medium could use some help... but I think I will use 2 cfl lights (6500k) with a light cycle of 18/6 just to get the veg cycle going and probably will fim them to get them going then planning on transplanting to a larger box maybe 3x3x2ft with either cfls (2700k) or mh lights need help choosing, both box's will be covered in either Mylar or the car windshield covers btw with cpu fans to help stems and stench LOL with a homemade carbon filter I'm hoping to be able to put 5-6 pots in the flowering box and need a yield guess i plan to use the sog method as well...any and all help is much appreciate will post pics of boxes once work starts Prolly won't start till after the first of the new year thanks to all!!!

Thanks for the input ghrimm havent really thought to much about nutes yet just trying to figure out the basics right now but I believe every bit of research helps and I've spent a lot of time researching lol i think I'm going to go with lst method from what it sounds is best for stealth pc growth will post pics of pc box once it if fully finished

I saw this illustration a few days ago and i think this is the perfect LST method for you. Nutes is "basics". But i know u meant "setup".

Keep up with the homework and itll turn out just fine. I have only been growing for 34 days and my plants are as healthy as they can be. I have been doing hours of research every night, but the only real way to have it sink in is to do it. Get some stuff started, get the seeds germinating and get going. Its fuckin fun and very humbling. These forums are here to help all of us. Go check out the CFL/Micro grow section and see how some other people have done it. It may give u some better ideas.
O and you dont get any smell from Veg, u smell the fact theres a plant growing, but it smells nothing like pot. Dont bother with a carbon filter on a veg box.
