throwing in a bunch of cfls on the sides would help the buds fill out more... cuz the floro tubes don't penetrate too far...

how far along are they?

you need to get em outta those tiny pots, the bottom leaves are turning yellow and dying a little early. thats the signs of root bound or pot bound, I guarantee if you transplant them they will get even bigger.

definitely. even if you have doubts, at least flip one of their pots and pull out their rootball just to see how the roots look, if they are wrapping around the bottom of the pot then its definitely time to transplant. MJ plants love to "stretch their legs"...
