First Grow Female Seeds C99 in Dwc

Hey guys first time over here. I've done my research and I'm running two c99s with 135w led and 164w of soft white CFL. It's been 38 days since I flipped to 12/12 and I'm using the fox farm trio and recently started with some cha Ching. I haven't had any real problems with the plant but may have had some salt build up that caused a mag deficiency. It seems to be all good and the girls are growing but I don't think that they are where the should be in comparison to other photos of the same strain taken at around this time. I think it just may have taken a while for the flowering process to begin. Plus the stretch period was pretty intense as they practically tripled in size. So my question is: how far along do you think these ladies are and how long do you think I have left and do you think I'm on the right track? I know the trics will tell me. I have a magnifying lens coming in the mail to check but it would be great to have some feedback as well as a guesstimate of when they might be done! Ps the ppms have been close to 1400 at times but I promise I'm not over feeding i just balance the res based off of stabilizing the ph. Thanks for the help in advance!

Plants are like people every one is different. don't get down on yourself if it slower or faster than someone else because there are to many thing to factor in (lights, nuts, experience) watch her, research and try not to over love her and you will be OK.
