First grow dresser

This is my first time growing and I need a little advice
I have a dresser about 2.5 f wide and deep and about 3 f high
I painted inside white and made it mostly light tight. I am going to purchase a medium size computer fan. Can I just use an old cell charger and splice them?
Also for lighting I am deciding on using cfl or the long floro bulbs
For the long bulbs will 1 24inch fixture holding 2 bulbs be enough light? And for flower use 2 cfl bulbs for extra light
Or would 3-5 cfl bulbs be enough

For the light cycle

24-0 for the seedlings
18-6 for veg
12-12 for flower
Is this going to work. Any advice apreciated

that is good for one plant just hang a t-5 2' fix 2 bulbs as close to 6500k as possible with light. and flower with 2700k cfl's bulbs and u should be fine.GOOD SOIL AND VENTING IS NEEDED.If u have any qtns about anything get back to me. I have many years under my belt. I keep it simple this grow used miracle grow potting soil, perlite and mex bat gauno to start. Now in flower i use jamacan bat bauno less n and more pk for flowering. It is that simple.Oh put gravel about 2in thick at bottom of pot to help drain and buy deep pots.GOOD LUCK BRO!

Ok thanks for the tips about the nutes and the gravel. Will this make the soil dry any faster?
Is this enough room for 2 plants I could fit 2 fixtures equaling 4 bulbs also would you suggest lst to keep them small?

i would suggest planting alot of bagseeds first time around (thats what i did) and they ofcourse died but the second time around i fixed my grow cab up a bit and they went great. the t5 lights are cool but i wouldnt suggest buying them unless your going to get the T5HO lights (doubled lumens) and they can get kinda expensive. personaly if your just starting i would recomend cfl fixtures in a power strip IMO easiest way to grow when your starting. after you get some seeds going let them grow out for a couple weeks or so and then practice your lst and maby topping or something. if you went you can let them grow out but i would just recommend using them for experiments so you can get a feel for it before you start dropping money on nice strands. sorry for the rambaling hope this helps and good luck.
